Gateway veterinary clinic is absolutely the best! I have been bringing my kitties to Gateway for 4 years, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else- I live 30 minutes away, so there are plenty of other clinics I “could” go to.... but gateway is totally worth the drive!!!! The front desk staff is sooo wonderful- helpful; friendly; knowledgeable; and They follow up on every detail- from a follow up to check on your pet after a procedure all the way down to letting you know that they faxed a prescription in. I love them!! In addition, Dr Hooper is the BEST! She has been caring for my diabetic kitty and I trust her so much because she is so knowledgeable. She is so kind and wonderful! Anytime I have a question, no matter how small, she always helps me out. She empathizes with having a special needs kitty and that helps a lot. I have also seen other vets at the clinic if Dr Hooper wasn’t in, and they are also great. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Love them all!!! 15 stars if i could !

I'm new to town and have taken my old man dog and two cats here now. Very friendly, not super expensive and extremely knowledgeable. Won't be going anywhere else.
The doctors at Gateway are always very kind and sincerely concerned about my pet. They are wonderful about responding to questions even after hours. The facility is run with exceptional safety in regardsnto Covid-19.
Could not ask for a more delightful Vet office!nEveryone goes out of their way to make each visit positive & pleasant.nDr. Shannon Bianucci has been my kitty's Vet since moving from MNnback to Illinois in 2009 --nShe is very thorough & has helped me keep my 3 rescue cats healthy!n(All 3 will be celebrating their 14 year birthdays this Oct.)nShe explains everything & is always ready to answer questions--nI cannot imagine going to any other Vet -- neither could my kitties!
