I reached out to Paragon Flowers after an exhaustive search for a bouquet to help me start a new St. Patrick's Day tradition for my family. I was drawn to them because of their ability to handle custom orders, and because my inexperience with plants made me want to work with someone local who could guide me through the selections. I really appreciated that Michael was willing to work with me via email, and Shannon's patience in working through my questions over the phone. I appreciated how clearly value and cost was communicated at an early stage of the shopping process. Heather's delivery (to a very surprised and delighted recipient) was well executed and well timed. I'm so pleased with the final product, and the creative flourishes that were added to the final piece! It was a huge hit, and I'm already looking forward to doing this again next year. My compliments to the Paragon team!

Knowing that my favorite color is yellow, my son in FL ordered my birthday cut flowers from Paragon Flowers, a local IL florist, using a variety of yellow flowers...roses, lilies, alstroemeria, and other fillers, framed by beautiful fresh, green leaves.nI cannot begin to describe how incredible the flower arrangement was when delivered, and how it still is, a week later. The lilies are huge, and a couple of the buds have now opened and are thriving. Everyone who has seen this arrangement is amazed.nBlessings to Paragon for taking such pride in their work...

I received a text stating they had a delivery for me after my dads passing from this florist. I told them my husband and I were working if I could just come and pick up my delivery since I live in Saint Charles. I arrived and Shannon came out with a beautiful plant from a friend in AZ. She thanked me and said “for all my trouble”, and handed me a gift box full of dove chocolates. Came home and unwrapped the most beautiful peace lily plant. What an incredible St Charles florist!

Great experience with Paragon !! I spoke to Shannon who gave me some ideas and suggestions for my wife's birthday. Michael then designed a fantastic arrangement and they were delivered the following day. Beautiful. They still look great 2 weeks later. You will never need to search for a florist again.
