Galena Square Veterinary Clinic staff are detailed oriented and walk you through any diagnoses and follow-up care needed for your pets. They have provided services for our dogs and cats from the puppy/kitten stage until our final good-byes with professionalism and compassion.
The staff and doctor all provided compassionate care to my sweet cat (who was in pain). I left with a plan and will return for the follow up care. I appreciated the COVID-19 procedures, which were well organized and efficient.
This is a belated review acknowledging the care and compassion that Dr. Sprank showed my dear sweet senior dog, Jackie, when she helped her pass over on October 2, 2020. I've gone through this several times before and am very familiar with the process. Dr. Sprank was exceptional in the way she handled the situation. She continues to show care and concern for my two dogs, Bailey and Louie.
Galena Square Veterinary provided exceptional care to our dog who got sick while we were out of town. They fit us in their busy schedule and took the time to carefully test and diagnose our dog's illness. I cannot say enough about how much we appreciate Dr. Sprank and her team. Thank you!!
I have eight kitties and a dog. They have been wonderful since I have started going there. Dr. Beebe did an emergency visit for my cat that was dying. He helped me in getting my baby back on his feet! I also have one of my cats gets groomed as he is a long hair. They do a great job with the lion cut!
