Receptionist is a pit bull you cant get a word in she wont let you. Wants to argue with you, while trying to get info. Not helpful whatsoever! Just makes the whole process horribly stressful for me, who is very concerned about my kitten.nYou'd think she would be more aware that we are already upset and to not make matters worse. Very expensive I've spent a lot if money there. Never going back there. Ever!
