Staff is very nice and knowledgeable. Doctors are helping out and give full information. We are doing visits by appointment and the wait time is 10-15 minutes. Good veterinary clinic.

My 11 1/2 year old vizsla has arthritis and facial paralysis. I was nervous about the evaluation being hard on my boy. The staff could not have been gentler or kinder with my boy. No harsh movements, just gentle touch to find areas of concern. Looking forward to getting treatment to help improve the quality of my pups life.nnJust thought I’d update - with therapy, my boy is now walking up and down stairs without any issues. He is livelier and more active. He now walks in the house without having to wear booties. Could not be happier with the progress and results! Well worth improving his quality of life.

Very sensitive to your needs and your pet. Kind and caring.

Doctors seem to be good, however admin processes are non-existent. Management not only does not care about customer, but does not even want their money.nnAfter initial rehab assessment, they sent me a 2 month rehab plan for my dog. Thus, i made my first appointment, even received an auto-reminder the day before. After spending 45+ min driving my dog to the appointment, it turns out the receptionist could not find it in their system. She asked me all ID points she could, some multiple times and did not find anything. I left- sure enough some time later some other receptionist called me and i explained to her that they have no appointment for me. Understandably, I was frustrated since this new receptionist was telling me that I indeed had an appointment. Then she left the phone and manager came on - she was irritated from the start and basically hung up on me some time later.nnThe bottom line is- they do not want your business - i ended up bringing their rehab plan to another vet and they gladly took my business and money. I cant really say anything about quality of services, but to get those services in the first place you will face a bureaucratic nightmare. Not my business to figure out whats wrong with the place, however manager did not seem to care much either.

After our initial exam, the staff was great and worked with me to get everything scheduled to work around my work schedule and to tweak his program because he didn’t do well with some therapies. My dog is responding great to his therapies and he LOVES all of the therapists! You can tell they all love their jobs and animals!!!
