We recently lost our two cats - within 10 days of each other - due to old age. It was a very sad two weeks for our family.nnWe had each of them cremated and the ashes returned to us. As this timing was totally unexpected, the ashes were returned to us in very different wooden boxes - one much fancier than the other. Not wanting anyone in our family to remember either of our cats as more important than the other, I called the HPACC and spoke with Sal about the situation I was facing. He was very professional and went above and beyond in calling the crematory to get two equal boxes. He arranged for them to call me directly and discuss the situation. They called and we got it all worked out - in a most timely and professional way.nnI'm sure because Sal called them and explained our situation, they were much more cooperative than just me calling them out of the blue.nnSo a special Thank You goes out to Sal for his professional, understanding and timely assistance.nnKevin WilliamsnBartlett

Staff is very nice and knowledgeable. Doctors are helping out and give full information. We are doing visits by appointment and the wait time is 10-15 minutes. Good veterinary clinic.

I have an 8 year old Rottie that is difficult to deal with when it comes to the vet. Most vets will not treat him. Our baby was turned away from his normal vet and they didn’t hesitate to come up with a plan to get him treated. We were walk in clients and they took care of us as if we had been coming fir years. The vet techs are friendly responsive and professional. The vet herself was professional and thorough. I would definitely recommend and come and bring my other pups again. You have a forever client from Maxi and I. Thank you so much for helping my baby

For veterinary care, Hanover Park Animal Care Center is #1. No better clinic in the area. The techs and vets all do such a great job everytime with all three of our dogs. They also have an amazing plan for any age pet to help make veterinary costs more affordable. Thank you for being here for us.
