Excellent customer orientation and service. First time in, purchased a beautiful live Christmas arrangement which kept its great shape for over three weeks. Second time in, bought another great live flower arrangement and had a problem with the flowers after about a day and a half. Brought it back and it was promptly replaced that afternoon with another great looking arrangement. Very much appreciate their work and approach to design and customer satisfaction. Recommend them fully.
I love this place! I received a couple of flower arrangements from Fresh and Silk Flowers after the death of my Dad last year and they were beautiful! So, when I wanted an arrangement for my boss, I ordered them from here yesterday and asked they arrive today as early in the day as possible. Not only did they arrive early as requested, they are absolutely beautiful! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for high quality flowers and service. I ordered 2 flower arrangements for the funeral services of my grandma, I was worried for this orders because they would deliver to the funeral home earlier than 1 day ( because her funeral day was on 1/1) and also that was the first time I experienced with this flower store. I was so happy when all flower were so fresh although they were delivered early, and I got many compliments from visitors. I would recommend this shop! They did really nice, so perfect!! All members of my family were so appreciated that! Again, thank you Fresh and Silk Flowers store!
Absolutely recommend this floral shop!! Called in last second (as always) and was helped by David... Him & his staff whipped up a beautiful arrangement and got it delivered within 3 hours!! My sweetheart was all smiles and David & his crew killed it!! Definitely worth every penny... without question will use them again!!
Great service! The owner helped me decide on what arrangement and flowers to go for and worked within my budget. I was in quite a rush but they managed to put something together in a few hours!! I appreciate their patience with me as I am picky. 5 stars!
