I love this cat vet. Both of my cats have been seen there now and I love how good they are with the cats and very thorough in explaining everything in the appointment. I feel that they are honest and they are not trying to take advantage of you and your wallet as I have felt in so many other vet practices. Highly recommend
The staff did not even try to learn my kitten's preferences or make him comfortable. He responds eagerly to food, and even enjoys catnip. I explained this to the staff and packed treats and catnip for the staff to use. It was important to me that he learns to love the vet. But they didn't utilize them. Instead, he screamed bloody murder for the whole exam as the staff forcibly handled him. When I demanded them to stop so that we could leave, the vet sent a nurse to waste my time so that she could still charge me full price and avoid speaking with me herself. Absolutely shameful behavior by these people! My kitten is now *terrified* of the vet because of the horrible treatment he received by the staff.nnIf your cat is older and easy to handle, this might be the fine place for you. But if you have a kitten or have a cat that just needs extra attention and patience, DO NOT GO HERE.
Dr. Lori and the staff are amazing.nThey are all warm and compassionate.nI know when I bring my cat there, she is going to be well treated.
Had an amazing experience here with our 9 year old siamese cat SIMBA. Dr Lori is Extremely helpful and friendly.Cannot thank you enough for the super positive experience.nI had been going to another vet and I spent a lot of money and they never helped my cat. I came to THE CAT PRACTICE and after just one visit my cat seems so much better! Dr. Lori explained how to do the meds and we're very informative. Absolutely wonderful people who legitimately care about every single cat that they see. They spend time to fully explain everything and their knowledge is unparalleled by any other practice I've used for my cat in his 17 years.
