This was my first time ordering from Flowers of Paradise. I picked this place just because I didn’t want to pay $30+ for flowers to be delivered from Chicago to Elmwood. I placed an order on 7/21 at 4:30pm. I called right after to ask around what time the following day would my flowers be delivered. There was no answer. Later that NIGHT(8:54pm) I got an email answering my question and asking for the rest of my credit card info (which if I wouldn’t have seen, my flowers wouldn’t have been delivered) . They mentioned that I would receive a confirmation of when my flowers would be delivered. The day of delivery, I called the place around 3-4 times and no one answered. I also put a written note on the website and no responded. Let me reiterate that they had already charged my credit card but I never received a confirmation of the delivery. I was upset because I didn’t know anything about the order. Also, my note that I typed was handwritten on a card. I saw the writing and it was VERY difficult to read. I wish that they 1. They had better customer service and would be able to communicate in a better/timely way and 2. That the notes were typed or nicely handwritten. Honestly, I expected more from this location. I am very hesitant about ordering here again since it’s very hard to get a hold of them.

We have been ordering from Pat for over 10 years although we have moved to another state anytime I have a special occasion in Chicago I place an order. My recipients are always blown away by their beautiful arrangements.

Ordered flowers from a third party through 1-800-flowers. The flowers that I ordered versus the flowers that were delivered is extremely disappointing. I can not believe that a business would take pride in delivering such a bouqet.

Amazing job! I called around 11 am for a delivery and they delivered the flowers before 2 pm. What Great Service!!! From the attentiveness to the caring and kindness that was displayed by this wonderful florist, I would highly recommend getting your flower arrangements here. This was all done last minute before a busy holiday. Tremendous job!
