So friendly and nice atmosphere, I’m very empowered by personnel’s attitude to their job, they really save lives and change this world for the better!
Dr. Liebman is stellar and incredibly intelligent. We left our vet in the city during dog flu season several years ago due to avoiding contact with it, and made the trip to Northfield to take our dog, who is now a senior. My parents take their pets here as well, and like us, view our pets as children. We have also seen Dr. Heise who is incredibly kind - we feel confident going to both vets, and appreciate their patience answering our questions, and most recently, grappling through the senior years with our dog and how to handle kidney disease. The bedside manner of both vets is professional, yet gentle, kind, and caring, never rushing you when asking a million questions about your pet. Thank you Becker Animal Hospital! I brought my 8 week old puppy here just a few days ago and without hesitation, I'll be bringing her here for the long haul. During these difficult times, a fantastic staff that despite the necessary social distancing, went above and beyond to take my puppy on for the first time. I am very relieved and happy to have found such an amazing vet and I can't thank them enough.
It’s so hard to find the right vet. You want to do what’s best and find the best vet to help you do it. You need someone you trust and is knowledgeable. If you are like me you are also skeptical about having to shell out many 100s of dollars every time your little friend goes in. They seem fine, but then you are always looking at a huge bill. Becker Animal Hospital is the best vet I have been to. They are exceptional at explaining what’s going on and understanding of costs. They don’t force procedures or instill guilt. They weigh options and stand by your decisions. They are very knowledgeable and confident. They can explain the science and the details so you know they are competent. I personally have never been educated so thoroughly by a vet and I love it. Finally, they haven’t once tried to upsell me their products. In fact for one of my pets conditions Dr Heise recommended a different brand.nIf there is a down side it’s that they are busy. I still get in close to when I need to though.nIf you are more concerned about being in a posh spot and want the fancy decorations then go elsewhere. This place invests in equipment and talent, not decor. Best of luck with your pet.
