Edible Arrangements

I ordered from this location for the first time and it will definitely be my last. My order was delivered a day late, which was understandable given the busy season. However, I never received any communication on the status of my order. The worst part was that the recipient did not receive the complete order. I’ve called several times 4 days in a row to get this matter resolved but no answer, just a busy signal. I’ve even attempted to call corporate several times just to be hung up on. This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I would not recommend this location.

ZERO STARS!!! Absolutely the worst experience ever!!! I ordered and EA for my mother birthday as a surprise. I received an email confirmation that the order was successfully delivered. I called my mom to see how she liked the arrangement. She said that she did not receive anything from EA!! I said to her well I sent you an EA and it's said that at arrived. She said about 30 minutes prior to me calling a young girl came up to the door and asked If she ordered food my mother said no I'm sorry but we did not order any food. The girl never addressed herself as EA employee or contacted either my mother or myself both whose information is on the order. The girl just turned around after my mom said she didn't order any food and walked away. How dare your employee Handle the situation like that. cannot believe that This location is still in business after all of these terrible reviews that I'm reading. I contacted their location phone number and am still on hold 40 minutes later listening to silence. I am extremely upset that I can not receive any customer support. This Is absolutely appalling service. I do not understand how you can allow your employees to treat your customers in this manner. I will be contacting your corporate office regarding the theft of my money and items as well as the awful service we've received. I will be contacting my bank right after I make this post to block your employees attempts at stealing my money. Shame on your company!!nnEdit as of 9:09 am after response from owner. I have been on hold for another hr waiting to speak with someone from this locations. I also called the number you gave however no one answered there either. I also sent an email regarding this order and I have no heard anything and the email was sent last night. Is this seriously how your company conducts business? I believe it's time to take this complaint to the next step which is the BBB!

Similarly to everyone else, I wish I had read reviews before placing an order from this location. Have always been satisfied with EA in the past, but this location should be closed permanently. Spent $70 on an order I placed over a week in advance. They did not deliver it on the requested date and told no one (neither me nor the recipient) that they couldn't accommodate me or why. When it was finally delivered, it was not the same order as pictured on the website. Store is impossible to get ahold of. Had to get corporate involved for a refund.

worst location ever I. I ordered my grandfather a birthday arrangement for his 89th birthday which should have been the large birthday fruit design, the balloon bundle, edible numbers, and in the birthday container and received the exact opposite. No birthday balloons, no tin, and no numbers. The arrangement that I paid $120 for was a joke. He received smiley face balloons (2 not a bundle that they charge you $13 for).This was two days ago. I have tried to call the store every day since because I live out of town and no one ever answers. I was on hold for up to 58mins with no response. I will NEVER order from this location again, in fact they should actually go out of business because their standards do not live up to the edible arrangement brand. I have ordered arrangements from 4 other locations and by far this is the WORST. I only give it a star because I am not allowed to post with nothing selected. If you wish to throw your money down the drain, shop here. Otherwise, find a different location.

I ordered my anniversary gift for my wife to be delivered on Monday, Feb 15th. It was delivered today on Wednesday, February 17th due to the weather. I am most frustrated at the poor quality of the product. This is unacceptable. My gift should have been delivered from the Hyde Park branch at 1465 E. Hyde Park Blvd NOT 9945 S. Halsted. The 9945 S. Halsted branch is the most unprofessional branch in Chicago. I tried to contact them on 2/16 and no one answered the phone. I contacted the corporate office on 2/17 to request a refund. I will encourage prospective clients to NEVER, EVER.. EVER, EVER buy anything from the 9945 S. Halsted branch.
