Ordered through 800-FLOWERS and the bouquet looked like a cheap knockoff of the one I thought I was purchasing. Not only were the roses already dying, but also the fern (that was supposed to be sprigs of wheat). Also looks like they took white flowers and airbrushed them orange. For as much as I paid, I expected better quality. Highly disappointed. I definitely wont be giving My Bouqet Florist any more business, and certainly not 1-800-flowers.
I stopped in the shop to get a dozen roses and carnations for my grandma, they were extremely nice and helped me pick out a great looking and smelling bouquet. The service was fast and friendly!

I love Sondra her flowers and roses are fresh. Customer service is awesome Mr Alvin and the team is awesome. Great for a nice bouquet of flowers roses Lilly's whatever you need she got you.
Needed flowers for a graduation, these people said they would have them ready by 10:30. The store is supposed to be open at 10. Nobody was there and nobody answered the phone. Let a customer down on an important day and what's worst is they insisted I pay in advance. Don't go to this shop, they don't care about their customers!
