On March11 I came to get flowers for a special occasion there were six people in the shop working and no one felt the need to assist me. After asking for help I was told to look in the cooler. Still at this point no employee stopped what they were doing to assist me or get up to help. I would not recommend this black business to anyone. Very unprofessional and don’t appreciate your money. I made a purchase and was not given a receipt. The lady went to her purse to get me change for my purchase. Unbelievable. Someone needs to teach them some professionalism.
I ordered a wreath for my uncle’s funeral over the phone the day before his wake. I was hesitant to do so without seeing a picture and because I was calling from Texas. The young lady who assisted me was very helpful and patient. My family called to tell me that the wreath was “beautiful” and “gorgeous”. I will definitely use Ambassador Floral again when needed.
Worst experience ever with this florist and very similar to the last review. Ordered flowers for a funeral in Chicago (I'm out of state). They COMPLETELY changed the arrangement without speaking to me at all and sent something less expensive and NOT at all what I ordered. When I called to try and get the issue resolved, messages were not responded to and promises for a refund have still not been done and it's going on 8 weeks now. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from this florist!
Ordered flowers from Ambassador Florist in Chicago, for a funeral, had them sent to Gatlings. They did a bait and switch, which is false advertising! Called them to complain. I was told that, I had to contact the website where they were purchased. So l did. But never spoke to anyone. Next, l received a refund for 25.00. But the flowers were 241.00. They showed roses on the website and glads.Replaced roses for carnations, glads, for nothing! Totally dissatisfied! The one star is for their efforts!
I've been relying on Ambassador for years. The staff is always polite and helpful.
