Ark Animal Hospital is incredible! I have had nothing but good experiences with them while caring for my two cats. They are so compassionate and really care about the quality of the care they provide! I completely trust them with my pets! They do excellent work and are very knowledgeable and and will do extra research to help find the best option for your pet!

We took our dogs, Oakley and Mango, for their annual check ups yesterday. COVID has made some things more difficult, but the team at Ark Animal Hospital made it easy. Their team is so great with our dogs and reassured us even though we couldn't go in with them to get their exam and shots. Dr. Smith is always so complimentary, making us feel like we have are the best parents to our dogs. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!

Love, love, love this vet clinic. We live 30 minutes from Edwardsville and chose them over the closer vets because of their reasonable pricing and friendly staff. They are upfront and honest about costs and services. I was provided a thorough estimate for my dog's dental cleaning, with a lower estimate that included the basics and a higher estimate that included optional extras (more pain medication, extractions, etc) that the vet may recommend. The staff genuinely cares about each animal and provides follow up calls after appointments to make sure everybody is happy and healthy.

Great visit, and the new remote process worked just fine. Dr. Smith made herself available for as much time as we wanted to discuss the health status of our senior dog, and we left very satisfied.

This is a great place to take your pet. All of the veterinarians and staff are knowledgeable and very caring. Highly recommend!
