Brought my 2 cats in to be neutered and receive their shots. I was told two days ago, this would amount to just over $700 plus tax. Today, upon picking them up, I was charged $885. The front desk person was the one who gave me the estimate, yet she acted like she had no idea what i was saying, but then finally said it was just a ballpark figure. The vet was supposed to speak to us, she didn't. She was supposed to call after their surgeries; she didn't. Then I was jacked for over 150 more than I expected to pay. My cats are in good health, so far, but they will never be back to this vet clinic.
Had to put my sweet Pood down. Although I wasn't able to go in myself, my daughter said they were very kind and professional.
Dr Loberg is extremely patient and we have been coming here for a long time. 15 years. Highly recommend!
Our vet was very good and the visit with her was fast, although the wait was pretty long especially holding 12 year old cat with pups wanting to play with her haha
Dr Loberg is wonderful and the staff are so caring!
