Horrible Customer Service. I hope you don't need to call them. If you do, all you will get is a busy signal. Might as well make the drive in; it's a lot easier and you will save time. You walk in the door, and it is unsanitary. There is only one receptionist (that must be why I can't get connected). Their hours are ridiculous; they are only open 3 or 4 days of the week. Their veterinary service is mediocre; they get the job done for a reasonable price. That is the only reason I'm not giving one star. My advice: find a different vet.
