Called to have flowers delivered to my wife for our anniversary. Didn't exactly know what I was looking to send but the gal I spoke to I think her name was anna.? figured it out and did an amazing job. She even got them delivered in the time frame I asked for. Place order for a birthday delivery today , the order was not deliver but my card was charged . They made NO attempt to contact me or the person getting they delivery to let us know . What’s the point of asking contact info if your not going to us it . Then they asked if i could come to the store when I called to get the refund when I called about the delivery not happening and was no apology . I wouldn’t be paying for a delivery if I was able to come to your store . I live hours away .

Great prices and friendly staff

I used this store for flowers for a funeral in town. I was late in ordering them but they went out of their way to get them there on time. The arrangement was gorgeous with much attention to details and many people commented on how lovely it was. Thanks Hy Vee on Gordon!
