I have never left a review about anything before, but after my experience with Dr. Hentzel and his staff I had to say something about this clinic. Never before have I experienced such personalized quality care at a veterinary clinic. Dr. Hentzel greeted my puppy and me as soon as we arrived. We were there for a relatively simple operation, but he took the time to explain to me the process my pup would go through, how he was going to perform it, the post-op recovery care he would receive and reassured me that my baby was in good hands. I received a text from him after the procedure with a picture of Duffy all warm and cozy in recovery. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. I can’t say enough good things or thank Dr.Hentzel and his staff enough!
