I had a really bad experience when bringing my cat here. He completely misdiagnosed my cat and gave him medicine that did nothing. I truly believe the vet is senile. He's like 100 years old. Took my cat to a different vet and was given a completely different diagnosis and different treatment. Doc Shannon needs to retire.

A dog in my care had its ear cut by accident when using clippers during grooming. Dr. Shannon was kind enough to come to the clinic to attend to the wound when no other nearby vets were open. I am very grateful!

Was recommended to this place when we moved here. At first, was a little (lot?) apprehensive because of the reviews, but plunged ahead anyways. Yes, the doctor's older, but he is extremely knowledgeable and really knows his stuff. After coming here for awhile now I feel confident about their treatment here. Never had any problems or complaints, and that's what's important in dealing with a vet.

I absolutely LOVE Doc Shannon!nHe's been kind to us and our pets.nHe does what is best for any and all animals!nThey just don't make veterinarians like him any more.

Very good staff. Nurse was kind and helpful. Dr. Rita was very intelligent, empathetic, and good at explaining things.
