I was so pleased with the support we got from Jim, one of the bosses. The situation was messy, a lady with no insurance died of an aneurysm unexpectedly and the widower was in shock and without much money. Jim came to the house to talk to us, cut the price to what can only be called a merciful price, talked to family in Connecticut for us, and came back to personally deliver the ashes. The personal service and the kind sacrifice on the price is beyond business, he was simply a giving man in an impossible situation. I do a lot of volunteer work, as was the case here, and only rarely have seen such kindness from a business. Thank you.

My father passed away last month and Jim, Robin, and Mandy were the best! They were very professional, graceful in a difficult time and you literally cannot be the price. From start to finish, they were professional and helped us through a very difficult time. We feel like our loved on was handled with respect and dignity and they were upfront about everything.
