Truly the worst customer service experience I've ever had. It took me 2 weeks to get in touch with someone about setting up a new account. I was then told their trucks wouldn't deliver to my address because it wasn't on their route. Fair enough. I asked what their route was. Was told it changed every day. I then was told it wasn't about the route but about my business being based in a residential neighborhood and that the trucks would have trouble getting down my street. I assured them that I live on a two way street with ample space and that delivery trucks get down it all the time, as well as sent them a video. I also know several florists who work from residential addresses and are supplied by Fall River. I asked for an explanation as to why they would deliver there and not here. No good answer. I then provided them with two alternative addresses. One is a co-working space I work out of. I was told they couldn't deliver to a space unless I had a sign outside the door with my company name on it. A seemingly arbitrary rule that could have been passed along during our first call. My next backup plan was to have flowers delivered to an existing Fall River customer's address. I was told this was under consideration and I would hear back. I have heard nothing back from them in 2 weeks, have left ample voicemails, written emails, talked with their operator and have gotten no reply whatsoever. It seems as if they do not want my business. This is all to say, if they were not accepting new customers they could have told me that day 1. Instead we played a hellish game phone tag with insanely arbitrary loopholes for me to jump through for almost 2 months. Take your business elsewhere.
