My sisters and I ordered two pink rosebud arrangements to be on the alter of Simpson United Methodist in memory of our beloved mother. To our shock the arrangements were nothing like what we had ordered and in fact the roses were half dead (brown petals) and the petals were literally falling off the stems. Hellers should be totally embarrassed for even making arrangements of dead roses. We requested a partial refund (although a full refund should have been processed) and we have heard NOTHING! What an unprofessional business!!!n“Rosebuds Florist” (across the street) provided us two beautiful funeral arrangements of FRESH flowers at a very reasonable cost. The arrangements were beautiful! The staff at Rosebuds were very sympathetic and PROFESSIONAL. Go to Rosebuds for your purchase of fresh flowers and you will not be disappointed.
