Frostburg is lucky to have such a great flower shop. If you haven't visited, you need to go in and look around. There are lots of interested things.
My cousin out of state had ordered flowers for our grandmother for Mother’s Day. She got them yesterday and the arrangement and colors was not what my cousin ordered, plus today they are already half dead. My grandma called the place, and they just acted as if they didn’t care and hung up on her after a while.
Great customer service. I called to have flowers delivered for a dear friend. Penny was so sweet!
The one on the left is what I ordered. The one on the right is what was delivered. They charged $70 for this delivery. Seriously. You can tell its not the same caliber flowers. The recipient thought it was a chicken.
