I got some really nice flowers last minute on Valentine’s Day. Just now taking the time to review this place. The flowers were in great shape, and the girls there were very nice. I accidentally broke a rose on my way home, so I went back to get a replacement. They gave me a free replacement even though it was my fault that it broke. The price for the dozen roses was cheaper than any other store on Valentine’s Day. So great flowers, great prices, and great people sums it up.
Horrible customer service! I ordered flowers for my boyfriend and they promised to have them delivered before 5. And at 5 no drop off. I tried to call them for 30 minutes straight and they ignored each call. Then finally after the 25th call they answered and told us we had to wait to get delivered. We don’t live in Seminole only work, and already stayed past 5 to wait for the flowers. Very disappointed with their business and customer service. I asked for a refund and the lady on the phone didn’t sound like she knew what she was doing. I would not order from there again!
