Lasting Impressions did the casket flowers for my grandmother's funeral service, and they did an excellent job. More importantly, I called her at 9:00 am, the morning of the service for a 2:00 pm funeral, and asked if she could do an arrangement from the grandchildren that would coordinate with the casket spray. She said that with such short notice a plant would be better but I said I really preferred an arrangement. When I arrived at the funeral, I was able to spot our arrangement right away because it perfectly coordinated with the casket flowers. It was beautiful! I was very pleased that she was able to do such a beautiful arrangement on short notice.

When my father in law passed away in 2008 we went to place an order. She told us she was to busy getting orders ready for graduation. My mother passed away in 2014 and a few people called in to order flowers and was told they were out. My daddy passed away this week and I walked in to place a order for the Jones services . She starting fussing about another service and I said I'm the daughter. I wanted a fall theme and told her what flowers and didn't get all that I wanted. She didn't mind charging us 300 plus. They were late getting the flowers over and several people order flowers and we didn't receive them till 2 days after the service.
