RUINED OCCASION!! What a disappointment!!nIf I could give zero stars I would. I called and asked about an arrangement to be delivered same day. She said of course. I placed my order at 11:00 A.M. yesterday with delivery yesterday. As of today NO flowers were delivered, no calls returned and no emails returned. Very unprofessional!!
First let me say my mother thought the flowers were pretty though I was disappointed. I ordered flowers/ balloon online for my parents for Easter and they looked hardly anything like the picture. Perhaps it was because I ordered only a couple days before, but if you don't have similar color flowers or balloons (I understand sometimes substitutions are necessary) please don't sell that arrangement or call me and offer something else. The flowers and balloon were very dark colors. Not what I was expecting. The picture with the Happy Easter balloon is what I thought I was sending. The picture with the dark purple balloon is what they received.
POOR QUALITY AND WRONG VASEnnWe were let down by the flower quality, the delivery delay and lack of vase promised in the photo. Photos are attached. See for yourself. I followed up with the florist but have not received any apology or reply. Recommend going elsewhere.nnI bought flowers for mother's day and was advised they would be delivered by Tuesday, they were not delivered until Thursday because of fresh flower supply issues. When they arrived, the flower not very fresh. Furthermore, the flowers were not delivered in a special vase that was advertised when purchased. I only learned of this when my mom let me know the quality was not good. Not what I was hoping for when thinking of her from overseas.
I've used them for years since I left Fairhaven. They've always taken extra care to provide great service and quality products. Thank you Staffons.
Very disappointed was told that we would get a 20.00 refund and never did she does not return calls the product that was delivered was nothing like what was delivered do not order from them
