DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT IT DELIVERED ON TIME!!! I ordered from here for valentine's day and they message me in the afternoon and told me they cant deliver it...I recommend going to some other place if you want it done right!! This place is a joke I would not of even gave 1 star but you have too..
This place is completely unprofessional! We ordered our chocolate covered fruit from here last week and they assured us that they’d be open today. I have been sitting out here for an HOUR AND A HALF and no one is coming to the door or answering the phone. I called corporate and they said the store is open... HOW? I am sitting right in front of it, the door is locked and NO ONE IS COMING OUT! Of course we now have to wait “3-5 business days” for our refund. Thanks for ruining my Valentine’s Day edible arrangements!
They are always so helpful and polite here. They have a great selection of milk, white, and dark chocolate. It is amazing how patient they are when people are hemming and hawing over what chocolates they should pick. They even offer unique chocolate gifts.
They look good enough to eat...oh wait.
My son is in college and called to place a delivery order and Pam was SO nice and helped him with all the details. She went above and beyond! Thanks for showing him what customer service is all about!
