I went to buy 5 pieces of sod and the lady was rude to me and said they didn’t have any. The man in front of me got 2 pieces of sod as I stood waiting for my turn a semi truck pulled in loaded with sod. I don’t recommend this place they need customer service skills.

I ordered sod from them on April 4th, they were 2 weeks out. Said it would be delivered Friday morning, however the address given to the driver was the company address and not my address. They apologized the mix up and the driver picked up fresh cut sod and delivered it by 7:45am Saturday morning. It looked great!

I showed up to purchase topsoil, only to find their parking lot appears to be RV and trailer storage, and no one in the building. When I called the number provided, they said they’d be there in ‘about’ 10 min. The entry is very run down and there were flies everywhere. Not a professional environment, and I won’t be back.
