I recently received flowers from Mille Fleurs. They unfortunately did not hold up very well for one reason or another. I probably would not have written a negative review about it, but they sent me a survey within like 48 hours- so I gave my honest feedback.nNot only did they respond to my email, they left me a voicemail apology and then today, 6 days later they just delivered an entirely new flower arrangement!nI am so impressed with the level of customer service I have received from Mille Fleurs, they have totally exceeded my expectations.
