Whenever I shop in person at Treeland I am satisfied, but this weekend I had an arrangement sent to the funeral home for my aunt's wake and was embarrassed to see how small it was. It was a pretty arrangement but definitely not worth the $61 I spent on it. I thought I could trust them placing an order over the phone, but I will never do that again!

Absolutely horrible service!!! Wouldn’t recommend no one to order arrangements from Tree Land. I had ordered 7 arrangements for her father‘s funeral which was one of the hardest things I had to do. His services started at 4 PM and when we got there at 3 PM the flowers are not there. So instead of grieving for the loss of my father, I had to call them and stress the fact that the flowers were not there. We had to hold the services from starting at 4 PM until the flowers got there. And once they did they were rushed, broken and no ribbons with our messages that we had ordered. When the delivery man left we noticed that my dad‘s rose rosary wasn’t there and the holy Bible had broken letters on it. We again and stress had to call and they brought it back to us at 7 PM when the services were finished. All they could do was apologize. After all my family and myself were going through the last thing we needed was so stress and have anxiety for the flowers not being there. That was our last gift for our dad in from my mom. The biggest mistake was going to three land ud83dude21. As a business owner you should have called and explain prior that you were running late or even go without as a loss to make sure that orders get out in time especially for services due to a death when time and perfection is everything. As the owner that took my order personally should have had no excuses for what had happened. Also in order to put this review I had to place one star but they don’t even deserve that!!! No star from the Cardoso and Arruda family.

I would highly recommend Treeland. When ordering a birthday arrangement for my MIL, I looked at my usual local florist and found the prices and delivery fee a bit high. So I looked at Treeland's website and was so happy I did. The arrangements are fresh and beautiful and I got same day delivery without an increase in price. Treeland designers even contacted me to explain they were making some changes in the actual flowers used in the arrangement to provide the freshest flowers. The result is so perfect. I have a new local florist!

I want to think the owner Lisa she took the time to repot my plants shining and nourish it and also deliver it to my home I’ve gotten all my inside plants and even outside flowers in my garden continues to look amazing as well as the plants inside the home they give great feedback on how to maintain the flowers and plants I will continue to go Purchase in the future

Beware of these scammers. I should’ve done my research on this place before giving them any money. Ordered a beautiful bouquet for my mom and even paid extra for the deluxe version to enhance it. What they sent her wasn’t even worth the $80 .. more like half the price. Terrible customer service. I had to call 5 different times.
