I received a birthday flower's that was missing some of the flowers in the arrangement. The deluxe ordered that is supposed to delivered was not the right one. As soon as I noticed about the difference of the bouquet, direct I replied to the reviews that I received from the email sent. You must be good to the customer and correct your mistake, instead of you accused by removing the redflower's in the arrangement before took the picture and told being a fraud to the receiver or customer. Being rude to people and your customers is not a good business. For whoever will read this review, Just be aware of your orders to be deliver, maybe it's not the same what you ordered.
