Had a same day delivery to my mother for her birthday. Allowed the florists to design with just a little information about what my likes (fancy stuff). She had her flowers within a few hours and by her own words said “ these are the most beautiful flowers I’ve ever seen in my life less alone received”. Thank you so much for your courtesy, speed and artistry. We will definitely use again.
I wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely unprofessional and very rude. The lack of customer service in the delivery person was appalling. The delivery person was very snappy on the phone, claimed she “did not have time to wait on us and she had waited long enough” and told us to “cancel the order because she’s wasn’t going to wait any longer And that she had things to do”. Being a hospital employee I found this very rude to tell the hospital staff to cancel an order that was already paid for. Maximum wait time was 10 minutes. Staff should have a better understanding that a hospital is a very busy place. Please try and be understanding with the hospital staff.
Ordered my mom some flowers on Monday and they ended up dying by Friday unfortunately. However when my mom mentioned it to me I called and they replaced the flowers within the hour, no questions asked! Thank you Four Seasons for making sure my mom got an excellent bouquet! I really appreciate it! (:
The flowers that I ordered were exactly like the picture and perfect. My mother loved them for her birthday. The employees were very sweet and careful with the delivery. Will be ordering from this floral shop again :)!!
