I put 3 stars the girl at the checkout desk was very nice and the vet was nice but I dont think he did a good job checking over my dog he did not check my dogs ears like I asked. I mean can they clip dog's nails correctly? They split my boy nail no wonder he was gushing blood at the office ..

I had an elderly cat with a broken leg and other severe medical issues. I had to make a very tough decision to put him down, and was very upset. The staff was super caring and kind through all of it. I'm very grateful. This is an awesome place.

We drove from Nashville because we needed a vet for our snake and there wasn't anyone local that would see her today. We were seen by a vet in less than 30 minutes and it cost me less than I expected to pay. Thank you so much!

I was recommended them went I moved down here & now I take all my pets there. They are very good at what they do. There are no appointments so you just walk in (though you may wait a bit if there are a lot of people coming in), and have good hours so your may not have to take time off work if it's not an emergency.

I just want to praise the Copeland Vet staff for how they handled a situation today. First of all, they are handling this corona situation very well. They are requiring masks at all times, cleaning constantly, offering curbside service for those who'd rather wait outside, and are keeping people in their lobby to a minimum. While I was waiting for a room for my dog I witnessed the front staff dealing with a difficult group of clients. There were a few women sitting in the lobby wearing their masks incorrectly. One of the front staff very politely asked the ladies to please wear their masks correctly for the safety of everyone in the clinic. They pulled up their masks but continued to keep pulling them down. The front staff continued to ask them nicely to wear their masks correctly. They refused and argued with the ladies up front. It got to a point where the manager had to get involved. Point being, the staff at Copelands is incredibly professional. I highly recommend them as they always make our family feel welcome. Go Copeland staff!
