Great service!nI ordered (online) a plant to be delivered to my mother-in-law for her birthday. It was only about 10 minutes after I placed the order that someone called from Towne & Country Flowers. He let me know that the plant I ordered had not grown enough yet and he didn't want to send it without calling me to let me know because he didn't want to send something that wasn't at its prime! He also suggested what I could send in place that looked great!nnI appreciated him letting me know that the plant I ordered had just not grown large enough yet and wasn't quite ready.

Though this is not the favorite flower arrangement to make, it really impressed me that the designer took time out to hand write this message and not just print it out from a computer.nnBeautiful touch, and the staff is impeccable! I will be buying flowers from here again and again.

This place is a joke I gave them 2 tries and they have managed to mess this up twice then blamed me for not writing a note in the description when they left the flowers at the shop and only delivered one. We pre ordered these a week or so early and they still managed to mess it up which is fine but the owners personality sucked about it . Terrible customer service . We spent over $100 and when something was wrong he was the one to be smart . I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone .

Beautiful flowers with terrible customer service... then owner was very rude when their screw up was brought to his attention.
