I came here to try and thank Bellevue florist for their outstanding customer service and support. For many years now I have had to use Bellevue florist but had not posted a review or to even say Thank you. We lost a Love one during the Holidays with all the closing for COVID, PROBLEMS DOWNTOWN and the funeral on Saturday after the new year. I wanted send flowers so I order early but with the closing for the Holidays they called me and suggested that I send a plant instead because it would last longer. I really appreciate the thought of you calling and giving me that suggestion.nThank you again. Keep up the great support and customer service. Nashville Love you.
I had a horrible experience with 1-800-Flowers and after two attempts at a delivery, I decided to just contact a local business and reached out to The Bellevue Florist. Not only were they timely, the arrangement was gorgeous and exactly as hoped for. Additionally, they called and left a message that the arrangement had been delivered and wished my mother a happy birthday. I will never use 1-800-Flowers again. The Bellevue Florist was so easy and pleasant to work with! They are a local, affordable, high quality florist! Heather patiently helped me design bouquets, cake flowers, and boutonnieres for my wedding. They were all stunning!
