This is the best-run local business in Westhaven, and best florist in Franklin, IMO. The flower arraignments are super impressive.nnThey even carried the Valentine’s bouquet I bought for my wife to my car (the ground was super icy today) and when dropping it off in my car, noticed one of the roses broke off the stem, and went back inside to get another rose to replace it.nn5-star products. 5-star customer service.
The flowers were gorgeous - my friend LOVED them and the chocolates. Exactly what she needed for a little pick me up. Thank you for going above and beyond for me and delivering top notch customer service!
Shea did such an amazing job in such a short notice! I would recommend her for any event. She put together flower arrangements and bouquet for my wedding in just one week! She was extremely professional! We will come to her for all our flower needs! Very friendly, extremely helpful!
I had an arrangement in mind from the website and Shay told me she was out of those certain flowers. I told her what it was for and I left it up to her to improvise. She came through with flying colors! My wife loved them and she went above and beyond for a quick delivery. I will absolutely use them again when the need arises.
I absolutely could not recommend Freeman's Flowers more! We found out this morning that my sister would be induced last-minute, so I wasn't sure we could get flowers delivered to her in time. I placed my order for a custom bouquet with Freeman's at 10:30, and by 11:11 the owner had texted me a photo of the most gorgeous arrangement, letting me know she was on the way to deliver it! I am so impressed with the quality of the flowers, quick delivery, and customer service. Due to COVID, we couldn't be there on my sister's big day, but thanks to Freeman's we were able to still let her know we were thinking about her! Thank you!!!
