Our family cannot thank Gary Franklin enough for the beautiful floral tribute he delivered for my father's funeral. The spray for Dad's plot was absolutely gorgeous as well as the flowers for the family headstone and my grandparents' graves. It was exactly what we hoped for. Even more meaningful to us was the kind way that Gary welcomed us as we came into the shop to pick out what we wanted. In the midst of the pandemic, it was such a gift to leave these arrangements in Gary's very capable hands and we are grateful for how he honored my dad. We highly recommend Dickson Florist.

WORST customer service I have ever received. Considering this was to be a sympathy order for a dear friend, his attititude was reprehensibleud83dude21! Because I'm experiencing difficulty posting on this site, I'll conclude by simply suggesting finding another florist. (Perhaps there will be another site where I will be able to post the details about the things he said.)

WORST customer service ever! I placed an order through FTD for my moms birthday. Dickson Florist delivered a week early stating that it got mixed in with Mother’s Day orders. I called FTD and alerted them. FTD told the florist they wouldn’t reimburse them for their mistake and they would have to take flowers back if they wanted to resell them. They ripped the flowers back from my mom so they could repurpose and not lose money. When I called them they stated they didn’t like to work with FTD and the “foreigner” they spoke too made them take them back. They were to redeliver the following week for her birthday. They failed to do that. My mother NEVER received her flowers on the correct day and had them ripped from her on the wrong day. What a mess! Will NEVER use them again and recommend no one else does either.
