Truly a great vet. I highly recommend this Animal Hospital. My dog has been diagnosed with lymphoma. and this vet is just amazing in her care. I couldn't ask for a better vet and super friendly staff. Dr. Ashley is the bomb. totally awesome

I have been going to Heartland animal hospital for 4 years. My German Shepard has never seen another vet but Dr. Eric since birth. I have never had a problem until now. My dog is protective when being touched. He is fine in a room with other dogs and people and shows no aggression. I have always accompanied him in the room and have no problem with him being muzzled while being administered shots until today when I called to schedule an appointment for his regular shots and checkups. I was told that I had to pay an extra $96 for sedation! Just to have him examined and shots administered. This is only because I would not be allowed in the room while anything is being done. I can walk him in the room. I can walk back in the room to get him. But they want to charge $96 for sedation that has never been necessary, Until now and only because of their curbside policy. Unfortunately I will be seeking a new vet due to heartlands very poor customer service.

Dr. Welling is the best. She has cared for all of our dogs and cats through the years. Most recently she saw Charlie after he had been injured. She told us what likely happened and what we needed to do and not do and he is well on his way to mend. Through the years she has cared for Shorty, Gage, Duke, Coach, Lily, Taffy and our cat Max. It's a little bit of a drive from our house but well worth it.

Dr. Ashley an Vet.Tech Amber were great withnOut Loretta Lynn,nShe’s a handful but they were very kind an good with her.nThey have seen her sense she was 7 weeks old.nAn she loves them,nDon’t like her nails cut but I can’t either. lolnHeartland is the ONLY Veterinarian I will go to!!!..nAll their Vets are awesome.nThey care about their patients... 4 legs an 2nA+++++++nChristine Stevens

Dr. Ashley, Leah, Kaitlyn have all been exceptional whenever I’ve called with questions, worries or just for nothing at all! They are quick to understand my concerns and even though my fur baby is difficult to handle, I never worry about the care he receives! They know his mannerisms and try to give him the space he needs to make his visit as stress free as possible. I know when I drop my baby off he is in excellent hands and if I don’t get a chance to call for updates, they call me even if they have to leave a voicemail. So I know what’s going on with my pet. I’ve never experienced a more caring thoughtful team! Thank you Heartland for always helping me through these stressful situations! You’re the best!❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f
