Very responsive staff with beautiful, high quality arrangements. I ordered from out of state, there was a minor issue with what I had ordered (piece was out of stock). I got an email, I called, we came up with an alternate, and it was delivered on time for the same price. Well done!
They made a beautiful casket spray for my wife's funeral in October of 2019. Then for Christmas he made a beautiful floral basket. We will continue to use them. We're planning to use them for the Valentine's day and Mother's day. They due excellent work and always go out of their way to make sure it's done to our expectations. Thank you.
I received a bouquet of flowers more than 10 days ago from this florist. I’m not one to write reviews but I felt this florist should be acknowledged for the beautiful job done on this bouquet. The flowers were arranged in a unique vase and it looks so pretty. My surprise is that the flowers are still going strong not one has wilted yet. I receive my share of bouquets from different florists in the area but The Black Opal is now my favorite and I will definitely let my family and friends know to use them!

I am so glad we chose The Black Opal for our florist. We worked with Adam and his enthusiasm is contagious. Everything came out fantastic and under budget! He and his staff are very professional and creative and even did a dual delivery to the venue and to where the bridesmaids and I were getting ready so the photographer could get some detail shots. Adam took care of everything and I didn't have to stress out once! Highly recommend them.
