I have been a customer of River Falls Florist since I was a teenager, and will continue for years to come. I have never been disappointed with an arrangement, delivery, or the customer service. These people are warm, kind, and willing to do whatever it takes to make their customers happy! When I graduated from college I moved to Charlotte, but still call RFF should I ever need flowers for my family back home, and if they delivered to Charlotte I would use them for my needs here as well! Beautiful arrangements, reasonable prices, and wonderful people! Duncan is lucky to have such a gem.
I have utilized River falls expertise since I was a little girl picking out flowers for my mom. For the entirety of that 15 years Terri has been absolutely amazing. She made all of my prom flowers, wedding flowers, and those for both my father and mother's funerals. She goes above and beyond every chance she gets, and treats you like family, not just another customer order.
We buy all of our flowers at Piedmont Collision from Mrs. Terri. Love her to death she is one of the most kind people you’ll ever have the pleasure of meeting!
