Placed an order at noon on 11/11. Miguel told me 11 am was the cutoff for same day delivery. No problem. He then told me the order would've delivered at 8:45am on 11/12. It's now nearly 4 hours past that time and the order hasn't arrived. I have called twice to be told it's out for delivery. The shop is only a mile from the delivery address. How can it take 4 hours?!?nnReally frustrating. At this point, I don't even care what the flowers look like. I'll be lucky if they're delivered before my wife leaves for the day.

I had an urgent request for flowers for a friend’s 80th birthday. The birthday package we sent was stuck in Atlanta and I had to send something special. I live out of state and found this florist online and they were so nice. I had missed the cut off for delivery that day for them but they were kind enough to suggest another florist that might be able to help me. This is true Southern hospitality at it’s best. The next time I need flowers I will definitely remember them!
