My mom sent me flowers from here, they are pretty, but not nearly as full as the deluxe bouquet that my mom paid for. There are less flowers than the standard version. My mom called and asked for money back of the difference between the standard and deluxe. Didn’t want every penny back, but the lady on the phone said the owner is “too busy.” Sounds like great customer service lol definitely not worth what you’re paying for!
Went here for a medium spring bouquet. The store has lots of gift, plant and vas options. Beautifully decorated. But the flower bouquets were poorly made. I was shocked at how expensive it was when it kinda looked like a child put them together, not professionally done at all. Even just a skinny vase with just a single lily in it was marked at $15. And a small bouquet that looked messy was at $60.nI only gave two stars because of the decor and live plants. Needless to say I left and went down the street to another flower shop.
Extremely disappointed all the way around with an order I made. 1) I requested afternoon delivery and it was delivered in the morning, 2) the delivery person couldn't find the house, and had to call the recipient to ask where the house is ( the recipient is laid up, and I hoped this floral arrangement would be a surprise, and 3) the floral arrangement is not even close to what was advertised/photographed at the website. It is sloppy and looks as if a child threw it together. 4) the woman I spoke to twice, was extremely unfriendly and unapologetic. The attached photos show the misleading arrangment on their site, and the actual arrangement they delivered. You certainly wouldn't know I purchased the upgrade to the arrangement! Horrible experience all the way around.
I had a flower emergency for a friend whose 80th birthday package we sent was stuck in Atlanta. This florist made the most beautiful arrangement on short notice and delivered it within a few hours. They made exactly what I wanted and sent me a photo so I would know what my friend was describing when she received her flowers. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Thank you!
Amazing experience! Absolutely BEAUTIFUL and FRESH flowers with the prettiest bouquets. They have a very nice selection with a streamlined and easy-to-use website. The delivery came right on time and came in a cute box with colorful tissue paper. They also have very knowledgeable, helpful and professional staff. I was so happy with the arrangements they created, they matched perfectly! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
