Grace Animal Hospital and Pet Lodge

I was skeptical about going to a different vet for my dogs surgery, especially considering we are in the middle of a pandemic and you cant take your pets inside the facility currently (you wait on them in the car). To say that I was completely blown away by the friendliness, the professionalism, the excellent customer service, and the caring staff is an absolute understatement. My dog is special to me and I like for him to be treated like family by everyone his is around they the staff at Grace not only treated him like family while there for several visits, but they treated us like family too. The folks at Grace Animal Hospital, from the receptionists to the vet techs to the veterinarians themselves they are ALL on top of their game! Shout out to them for taking such great care of us for Jasper's surgery and recovery. I cannot say enough good things about everyone there, they are all spectacular and I look forward to our visits!

Took my dog too Grace Animal as she was really sick. They informed me too take her too the emergency which I did. She stayed there for two night and she got worse. Could not afford another night there so I took her too Grace Animal hospital for the day which they took very good care of her. I picked her up before they closed as they do not keep sick pets overnight. She died in my arms the next morning before I could take her back to Grace. Took her to Grace to get cremated. Dr. came out to retrieve her body. The doctor told me that is important to get their blood taken once a yr. It turns out my dog died of a bad case of diabetics. I have taken my dog to Grace on several occasions, for diahrea and other illnesses. Why didn't take a blood test then and if they did, why didn't they check for diabetics. I feel if they did my dog would be alive today. I miss her so much.

Every where I called was booked for at least a couple of days out of not longer but at the end of the day from 6:30 to 10 they only take walk ins and it was at the most $10 more than other places I called so I think the office visit $65. My 6 year old 3lbs chihuahua had an anal gland ruptured they took very good care of her gave her an antibiotic shot so I didn’t have to try to get her to take it every day and sent her home with pain meds. Would definitely recommend

Our dog Shadow had ruptured a tendon in his hind leg and had surgery late January. Very impressed with staff instructions for his recovery, follow up appointments and overall look of the surgery site. Love our vet ud83dudc9e

Everyone at Grace is so kind and caring! My dog Rufus loves Dr Tim and is always very excited to go whenever needed, he will run inside if he could! I will not take my pets anywhere else. Excellent all the way around, love love love this practice! ud83dude0dud83dudc3e❤ufe0f
