I recently hired Kelly & Co to make a birthday arrangement. I shared some photos of what I was interested in and they made it happen! Antoine took lots of time to communicate with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I never felt rushed or pressured. There was no effort to “upsell”. Antoine double checked everything to make sure everything was right. My mom was ecstatic with her arrangement! When she sent me pictures, I was floored! Not only was the arrangement gorgeous but the quality and freshness of the flowers were top notch! The effort and value put into the arrangement for the money spent was incredible. You could really tell a lot of thought and talent went into it. I, shamefully (shop local!) had been looking at some of the online florists prior to calling Kelly & Co and I truly believe I would have spent close to 1.5 or 2 times the money to get something similar from one of those services.nnI’m so happy I made the call to Kelly & Co. For the amazing customer service, value for the money, thoughtfulness, and gorgeous product, I’ve definitely found my go-to florist!
Wow. When buying from a local company you have certain expectations. But Antoine ( sorry if I misspelled it) and his team went above and beyond on both arrangements that I ordered from his shop. The arrangements were far too beautiful to not to leave a review, and the prices are the best in town. Truly capturing my thoughts and emotions in a arrangement.nnThis review is not only about the beautiful arrangements, it’s also about his character. I was taken back by how much care went in to what I wanted. I was also VERY inspired by his story, and where he and his wife are a younger power couple who own multiple businesses. We talked on how he learned his craft from his grandmother, who also owns a florist shop in Columbia. Family values, extreme care, thoughtful, creative, and enthusiastic about the future. I honestly can’t say enough about the arrangements or his Character. Thank you for capturing my emotions in an arrangement, and inspiring me at the same time. I will be back for years to come.
Although customer service was great on the phone, I’m disappointed in the arrangement that was sent. Ordering from out of state I could only go by reviews. I asked for a few things, a beautiful arrangement with no pink, I told them her favorite color was blue and no lillies. The arrangement she received had no blue at all, pink spray roses and a mix of greenery that made it look like an arrangement of leftovers. It also was smaller and sparser than I would have expected for the price I paid, confirmed by a friend that owns a flower shop here in MD. I went out of my way to cancel an order I made with an online “order gatherer” to ensure my money made it to a real brick and mortar shop without fees taken away by the order gatherer. In the future, I will choose another shop to send flowers.
Communication and accommodation for my delivery was Awesome! The flowers are beautiful and super fresh!! I would highly recommend Kelly and Company Florist to anyone looking great customer service and pretty good value!
Kelly & Co is a family owned small business, and they truly show all their love and efforts in their work! Kelly & Co did my wedding flowers and they were absolutely perfect. Antoine is wonderful to work with and talented! Definitely 10/10 recommend using them for any of your floral needs!
