Cleveland Park Animal Hospital

I have brought both of my chinchillas there and each time they were pretty quick and thorough and always explained what went on. They explain what the medicine is for. They are very careful with my chinchillas as well. They also reiterated the information in person after they explained it on the phone which I love.

We’ve been going here for 5 years and service was amazing. I have left 3 messages to schedule a boarding reservation for my dog with no return call. I heard they switched ownership... sounds like customer service isn’t a priority anymore. We will be transitioning to another vet all together.

I have called this office 4 times in the last 4 days. Each time I am put on hold immediately when they pick up the phone and then I get sent to voicemail after a few minutes of waiting. I have been going here for 3 years and it’s very upsetting that I can’t count on you all to answer the phone. Also, I cannot believe you are still not letting the ONE PERSON go inside with their animal if they have a mask on. Absolutely ridiculous. My dog is terrified at the vet and it makes me happy when I’m able to be with him and comfort him.

If I could rate this place zero or negative stars I would. I don't understand how Cleveland Park Animal Hospital has this high of reviews. You can't get an actual person on the phone when you call and then, when you leave a voicemail, no one returns your call. On 2 occasions our pet had a very serious condition that required immediate attention, and on both occasions, we had to take them to another vet because no one would return our call. Needless to say we are changing vets. F

I love this clinic. The people are so kind and considerate and know my dog by name. They love on him and make him feel better since he is an anxious guy. They are always timely and I never feel like I'm being gouged or over paying for services. They explain procedures well and keep me informed on dosages and up to date on new medications that could benefit me and my pup. Love it and would recommend to anybody.
