There was a small mixup and we were charged the wrong amount but didn't notice until we got home. I contacted them the next morning and it was fixed immediately. The store is also beautiful and set up really nice. Friendly, down home, local atmosphere and people. My husband and I love going in and looking around whenever we get the chance.
I ordered an arrangement for a customer in Landrum. I called at 11am today. Expressions delivered the order within 2 hours without excessive fees. They even texted me a photo of the arrangement. Great service!
I was in this shop with my family, and the customer service was terrible. The clerk behind the counter spoke loud enough to the other employee, that she hated children and that they should never be in the store. My nephews were acting appropriately and were do nothing wrong. Any business that is highly overpriced and treated people and their family the way mine were treated today will never have my business. There are so many great shops in Landrum and the people were so friendly. I was just appalled at the treatment I received today. Do not shop here!!!
Beautiful flowers and unique gifts.
I've ordered from them about a half-dozen times or so now and every time they are pleasant to deal with on the phone, the order arrives quickly, the flowers are beautiful and tastefully arranged in an attractive vase, and they last 7-10 days. I'm a very happy customer.
