I was sent a bouquet of flowers from Greer Florist. I didn't order them, so do not know what they were like to deal with, but the bouquet I received is literally the prettiest bouquet I have ever had. The colors and the flowers used were just so very beautiful and unusual. So would highly recommend them for that alone.

Very disappointed. They fulfilled an order placed on the sympathy store website. It was a flower for the passing of our pastor. The flower we received did not match the picture on the site and was missing the ribbon we paid extra for. There were also flowers that were wilted. I do not recommend using this florist. What we received is no where near worth what was paid.
My husband ordered me flowers for my birthday. He asked for sunflowers and told them my favorite color is yellow and blue. They delivered my flowers to my work and it had no sunflowers. When my husband called they apologized and made me a beautiful new sunflowers an apology note. It is wonderful to see company still take care if their customers!!! Thank you Greer Florist for making my birthday special!!
If I could rate it lower I would. Terrible customer service. Was greeted with do you have an order when I said no all he said was sorry and didn’t bother asking why I came in. I told him I had a question if someone could just hand arrange some flowers I had purchased online wouldn’t take 5 minutes and he just laughed hysterically I felt disrespect. It was just a simple question a simple no we cannot would have been fine. Will never come back to this flower shop.
