English Gardens did the casket Spray for my moms funeral. We went to the shop and told them what we were looking for, and she overdid herself. Beautiful colors and exactly what we asked for. Flowers were fresh and arranged beautifully. what a blessing it was to us. thank you Cecelia at English Gardens.

Within the last 2 weeks I lost my Grandson in a tragic MVA. Upon recommendation from a local business my daughter, granddaughter, and my self went to this florist. My daughter told the florist what she didn't want the casket spray to look like after looking at the examples from the the catalog. The florist showed us one she'd previously done with a deer head in the center. We told her she was on the right track minus the deer head. We told her we wanted woodsy greenery, twigs, and some red roses with babies breath. She proceeded to tell us she was a devoted Christian and would be praying for us. Which we desperately needed then and now. It was agreed.on that she would send us a picture when she got it done. Well that same evening she sent us several picture of almost the same picture from the magazine.It upset my daughter tremendously. After several phone calls I asked her why didn't she do what was asked of her. We never received a picture of the final spray. She said it was probably going to cost me more. I told her I would pay the difference, just fix it right. I assumed the price difference was going to be for the material. When we arrived at the church we saw the spray which was not fully acceptable but okay. The lettering on the ribbon looked as if a small child had done it. I called the florist the day after the funeral and told her it was acceptable but my daughter didn't care for it. I wanted to know what else I owed her. She said $300.00 More for labor because she had to redo it so many times so I said what, that is not our fault you did it wrong continuously. So now the cost was a couple hundred dollars less than a thousand dollars But, I said I am as good as my word and payed the difference with my credit card. But, I disagreed. I told her at that point I would not recommend her and tell the funeral director it might be a good idea not to recommend her. She said why., then said give me 30 minutes to think about it and she'd call me back. After a hour she had not returned the call. So, I called her back. I told her I had anticipated her call. She said I went ahead and run your card and hung up. I am very disappointed in this florist, but very offended that she presented herself as a Christian woman. People like this is why others doesn't want anything to do with Christianity. So I diffently will not recommend her and hope she can live with her decisions and business dealings.

English Gardens helped us, sorta last minute, on flower arrangements for a funeral in Powdersville/Easley. Cecilia and company noted my Mother in law's favorite color and created bouquets that were perfect, fresh and beautiful for the occasion. We are very grateful for English Gardens and their help! It made a rough week a little easier :)

I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN & WILL TELL PEOPLE IF THEY ASK TO NEVER USE THEM EITHER!! I ordered a corsage & bootineere for my son's Senior Prom & his girl friends Senior Prom as well. When I went to pick them up the woman there before me evidently got the corsage & bootineere that had been made for me because she didn't like what had been made for her so I then have to sit & wait for more to be made for me. I take them home put them in the fridge til it was time to go take pics that afternoon & then my son told me the next day that the corsage fell apart during prom. I am very unhappy & even called the florist Mon after their prom on Sat & was told that they couldn't give me my $ back unless I had a pic. These are teenagers they don't think about things like so I am now waiting for a call back from the woman. Who knows if I will ever get one!
