I will not purchase from this shop again!!!nI ordered flowers online from this flower shop. The recipient did not receive the order I purchased. When I called, they advised they had to improvise. When clearly the box that allows changes was not checked.nWhen I expressed to them that it was not what I ordered and did not match the decor for the party. They did apologize but they only offered to refund $20. This was a $60 arrangement. I am very upset and will go to Charleston to do my orders from now on as I did before. I thought for sure I could trust this shop. But clearly I can not and I am definitely not satisfied!!
I recently ordered the Country Pumpkin flower arrangement for my mother in laws 94th birthday. They were ordered through Creech’s florist in Charleston. I have never had a problem with flowers I ordered from Creech’s. When I ordered the arrangement I upgraded to the largest you could get. When I arrived at the party and saw the arrangement that was sent, I was livid. If this arrangement was the largest you got with the upgrade, I would hate to see the smallest. Of course you pay much more for this upgrade and I certainly feel like my mother in law was cheated by this arrangement. Won’t be doing business with this florist again.
Mixed opinion, ordered flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend’s work.
