If you want to pay over $100 for three different types flowers (7 stems in total!) shoved into a vase and called an arrangement then buy from here. If not then I highly recommend you go to Uptown Grocery. They have incredible arrangements for less money. I’m sorry I just didn’t go there instead. I gave it two stars because the order intake was very pleasant unfortunately the product not so much.

I called in and placed an order for 18 roses over the phone. I asked for all of one color. Initially, they said they had 18 of one color, but after a few minutes where the staff were discussing in the background, told me that they would have to give me 11 of one color and 7 of another. Not totally giving up, I said ok. I asked for the total and was quoted $135. I said ok. When the flowers arrived, nearly all of them were completely opened up and didn't appear fresh. To make matters worse, the amount charged to my card was $160, instead of the $135 I was quoted. When I called in and reported the discrepancy, the staff member informed me that she'd research and call me back. Later on, she did call me back and said that the additional $25 was for delivery and tax. For one, I am not against paying for additional charges if they are disclosed UP FRONT. But, they weren't. Secondly, these flowers were not worth $160. Not by a long stretch. The vase and ribbon were nice. The flowers themselves...not so much.
